Trampas is current chair of the community engagement organization we call my neighborhood. He has lived in Cleveland’s Warehouse District since 2007 and was nominated for the very first (2012) Downtown Resident of the Year award.
Since becoming interested in urban development and community engagement in 2009, Trampas has been involved with organizations such as Downtown Cleveland Residents Association (DCRA), Positively Cleveland, Great Lakes Science Center and the Downtown Cleveland Alliance (DCA). He is a DCA City Advocate, a certified Positively Cleveland Travel Backer and a Cleveland Visitor Center Ambassador. He recently left a successful career to pursue his passion for the revitalization and development of downtown Cleveland where he holds the position of Project Manager for the DCRA.
Trampas has a degree in design from Bowling Green state University. When not submerged in community affairs and promoting all things Cleveland, he can be found enjoying the great outdoors, researching bipedal North American primates and studying quantum physics.
Retired after directing communications programs for a succession of major corporations, Barry now focuses on promoting Cleveland’s Warehouse District, where he has lived since 2002.
He is a member of the Historic Warehouse District Development Corporation’s board of directors and marketing committee, and chairs the board’s nominating committee. Active in my neighborhood since 2011, he helps with a variety of communications issues, including writing and producing our email announcements, and leads the my neighborhood Soccerheads, a USA-soccer-watching meetup group.
Barry is a Journalism graduate of South Dakota State University, a Vietnam veteran helicopter pilot, a has-been marathon runner, father of three and grandfather of six.
Jason joined my neighborhood in December 2012 and serves as its head of residential engagement. He is also on the board of directors of the Historic Warehouse District Development Corporation, and is actively involved with Minds Matter, a mentorship program focused on students from low-income families.
In his day job, Jason is an Associate for Cyprium Partners in Cleveland, OH. Previous assignments include work with the Technology Investment Banking Group at Wells Fargo, and the Mergers and Acquisitions Corporate Advisory Group at Morgan Keegan.
Jason graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Business Administration and Economics from Rhodes College, where he was a member of the Financial Management Association National Honor Society and the Omicron Delta Epsilon Economics Honor Society.
Born and raised a Clevelander, Justine followed her love of urban adventure and in 2012 moved downtown to the Warehouse District. A graduate of Miami University with a B. A. in Journalism and Creative Writing, Justine immersed herself in the marketing world and eventually found her true calling: inbound marketing.
She currently works as a Senior Consultant at Kuno Creative, a leading inbound marketing agency specializing in social media campaigns and content marketing strategies.
A 2014 addition to the my neighborhood team, Justine helps us connect folks who love the Warehouse District, as social media specialist on our marketing committee. There she engages Greater Cleveland on our social channels, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. In her free time, Justine enjoys hanging out with friends and checking things off her bucket list.
Scott Joined the my neighborhood team in 2014, and has been tasked with advancing our Resident VIP card program. With a creative mind and self-described “lack of filter,” he expects to help push the VIP card to new heights!
Originating from Indiana, he graduated from Purdue with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Staying true to the midwest he moved to downtown Cleveland in 2012 and has been loving it ever since. He currently works as a technical sales engineer for a manufacturing company making niche market industrial equipment used in making welded steel tube. The constant travel and new projects help keep him challenged.
He has a wide array of interests that include semi-professional/amateur auto racing, target shooting and aerobatic flying. A 12-year veteran private pilot, he recently became an airplane owner and has been buzzing around the Ohio area ever since.
Max has been involved with my neighborhood since 2011. He is primarily responsible for working with other volunteers to engage new businesses to join the VIP Resident Program and to schedule my neighborhood events.
A graduate of John Carroll University with a degree in Accounting, Max has worked in the Financial Services industry since 2006. He is a Private Wealth Associate at Morgan Stanley’s Cleveland Office.
Max enjoys being active within the downtown Cleveland community. He’s also an avid golfer, skeeball enthusiast, and supporter of all Cleveland sporting teams. Max lives in the Warehouse District and was the 2013 Downtown Cleveland Resident of the Year.
